Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our #1 concern. If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a no hassle 30 day return or exchange from the original date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are given to unworn, unaltered items, in their original condition. While we strive to maintain the highest customer satisfaction, special and custom orders, including engravings and custom sizes cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
To return the item please call our customer service number first in order to get an authorization number. Then, simply send the merchandise along with the original invoice through any carrier of your choice. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs, and insurance on the shipment is highly recommended, as David's Gold & Diamond will not be responsible for any lost or damaged package.
Damaged and Missing Items Policy
If the package or merchandise is delivered to you in a damaged or broken package please refuse the package and call us immediately. If the package is missing any items when opened please call us immediately or within 5 days and retain all contents of the package in order for us to process the claim.
Any claim based on a damaged package that has been accepted, or for missing or damaged merchandise after 5 days will not be able to receive a return or exchange.
